FEES: The respective fees (including professional fees and all other charges) shall be INR 4,999/- and it will take 10 to 12 working depending upon the approval given by department.

2. Shifting of Registered Office Outside the local limits of the City, Town or village where the Registered Office is originally situated and within the jurisdiction of same ROC:

In case the premises are Owned by any Director or any Relative Registry Proof or House tax receipts + Latest Electricity bill + NOC from the Owner on the name of any Director + Digital Signature of any of the Director.

In case the premises are Rented. Rent agreement is also required along with the above mentioned documents.

FEES: The respective fees (including professional fees and all other charges) shall be INR 6999/- as shareholders approval is also required for shifting the Registered Office outside the local limits and it will take 15-20 days depending upon the approval given by the department.
